How my heart rumbled

For progression in all you do

How just being around you
Made my whole world at peace

That you were my shelter from the cruel world we see

How I felt
When my shelter no longer hid me from the storm

How I doubted
When i realized my prison was my home

How much I wanted to stay
And how painful it is for me to leave
If you knew these very few things
You would know the truest of me
However my candor wasn’t enough
